Are you looking for ways to strategically plan for your organization's future? Do you need a tool to help you assess your strengths and areas for improvement? Participate in the Organizational Assessment Program utilizing the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT)!

OneStar Foundation: Texas Center for Social Impact is currently offering qualified organizations the opportunity to take the CCAT.

The CCAT is an online survey tool developed by the TCC Group. Hundreds of nonprofit organizations across the country have utilized the CCAT to strengthen their organizations. This tool is the most comprehensive of its kind, allowing for a confidential self-assessment of your organization's core capacities based on the input of board leaders, key staff and senior volunteers. It also offers specific activities and strategies to empower organizational growth based on your results.

This program:
• Engages key stakeholders in reviewing organizational priorities.
• Identifies your organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Depicts where your organization is in its stage of development.
• Offers strategic response ideas and activities for organizational growth.
• Includes up to 4 hours of individualized coaching, including post-CCAT consultation and development of an action plan.

To find out if your organization is eligible to participate in the CCAT, send an e-mail to impact@onestarfoundation.org with the subject line CCAT.

To learn more about the CCAT, visit the TCC Group Web site.
