Natalie Rodgers (she/her) is the Co-Founder of The Acacia Company, a consulting firm that focuses on creating more equitable and employee-centered workplaces for small to mid-sized organizations. She and her team help organizations and their leaders uncover inequities across the organization and design solutions that center their employees and achieve their mission with integrity. Natalie has supported a variety of nonprofits and businesses with DEI strategy development and implementation, training and development, leadership upskilling, and operational efficiency. She also serves as a board member and volunteer to a variety of Texas nonprofits, such as Tapestry Dance, AIESEC, and the Austin Young Chamber.
