We are excited to welcome Rebecca White, founder of The Content Cove, for a free in-person workshop on sustainable leadership and succession planning. In her day job, Rebecca helps with the overloaded nonprofit executive move into the strategic lane and out of the crisis lane. And for our workshop, she’ll provide wisdom, tips and tactics to help executives and boards clarify what successful transition looks like: engaging early and effectively, building internal capacity, shaping a role that others want to step into rather than a cautionary tale of burnout, creating space for reflection and regeneration as the next phase for both executive director and organization.
