Chloe Weber serves as one of the VISTA Leaders at OneStar Foundation, joining fresh from her previous service term in southwest Montana. As a VISTA with the University of Montana Western Foundation in Montana, Chloe created media content, led donor research and wrote grant applications for both national and statewide foundations to benefit low-income tribal students for the Blackfeet and Crow Nations’ tribal colleges. Chloe chose a career in public service inspired by a previous experience in rural North Carolina with the Arete Project. Upon completion, she applied for programs within AmeriCorps VISTA to utilize her writing, facilitation and project management experience to benefit under-served communities. She is motivated to serve while pointing communities and individuals to resources that strengthen their agency, such as education funding or free information access. Chloe looks forward to bringing her skills and experiences she has developed to OneStar and is excited to help create lasting initiatives and support for VISTA members in their communities.Chloe graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Communication and two minors in English and Philosophy in 2019; her hometown is Rossville, Indiana.
