As a Grants Officer, Tim Holler provides fiscal oversight and guidance to the AmeriCorps Texas portfolio. A passionate advocate for social justice, Tim began his career in New York at the Legal Aid Society of Rochester, where he worked to prevent homelessness and predatory lending practices within vulnerable populations. After earning his degree from SUNY Brockport, he took on a leadership role managing grants and operations for a public interest law firm, the Empire Justice Center. He has volunteered with the Human Rights Campaign, Habitat for Humanity, the Pride Agenda, Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley, and AIDS Rochester. Tim resides in Austin, where he enjoys being outdoors with his dog Rizzo and playing with his cat Secrets.
