Rebuild Texas Fund On Friday, September 1, 2017, Governor Greg Abbott announced the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation will be collaborating with OneStar Foundation to form a relief fund for Texans impacted by Hurricane Harvey called the Rebuild Texas Fund.
