Texas Association of Volunteer Centers

Enhancing the power of volunteer service to transform Texas communities

Volunteer centers provide a backbone of support that enables nonprofits to effectively leverage the time and skills of dedicated Texans.

Texas Association of Volunteer Centers promotes collaboration between regional organizations mobilizing Texans to engage in meaningful service opportunities. These volunteer centers play an instrumental role in increasing the reach and impact of our state’s social sector by effectively channeling the Texas spirit of service. They also often face common challenges around project development, nonprofit engagement, and funding.

OneStar brings together these unique organizations from around the state to exchange ideas and resources, resulting in increased capacity for local nonprofits and the communities they serve.
