Back to Basics Workshop Series

In this workshop series you’ll have the opportunity to take a look at the foundation pieces for volunteer engagement in your organization. We’ll explore what work is currently being done by volunteers, and what work could, or should, be done by volunteers. And, we’ll discuss how policies and expectations for how volunteers, paid staff, and clients interact can create an environment that supports and celebrates that work.

This workshop will help you think through the work volunteers do, and help you create appropriate responsibilities and accountabilities for each role.
