Felicia Bell is a three-time AmeriCorps alum who has served and worked at two other CIS (Communities In Schools) affiliates. Felicia joined the Central Texas team in August 2021 and brings a deep passion for social justice and equity to her work. Felicia has dedicated over 15 years in the non-profit field, ten specifically with CIS. Her experience and perspective as a former member and PM are paramount to relationship-building with our cohort and campus teams. As an advocate, Felicia has worked with youth, young adults, and adults in distinct roles ranging from primary classroom teaching to university student support settings and everything in between.
