After serving as a White House Intern in Legislative Affairs, Q. Olivia Rivers (she/her) received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Forensic Anthropology and an M.S. in Criminology and Victimology. She has also studied Organizational Leadership to further her knowledge in the nonprofit sector.
In addition to her current professional role, Olivia serves as the Board President for the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault, a member of the Harris County Adult Violent Death Review Team, the Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals, and is a member of Women of Wardrobe in support of Dress for Success Houston.
Olivia’s passion is mentorship in the nonprofit sector and raising up the next generation of leaders to ensure the sustainability and longevity of social impact and community growth.
