Staci Williams, EdD, has a bachelor of science in elementary education, a master’s degree in education administration and an earned doctorate in postsecondary and higher education with an emphasis in teaching and learning. She has 16 years experience in education serving as a reading teacher at the elementary and middle school level, being an assistant principal at the high school level, and a college professor and educator coach/ consultant. Now serving as For Oak Cliff’s director of education she is able to bring and share her learning and experiences to aid in the development of a community by assessing needs and creating infrastructures and action plans that will bring educational programming to a neighborhood with mobility, social capital and poverty issues.
