AccessHealth will have 20 AmeriCorps members who will address and mitigate barriers to accessingprimary and preventive health services by using a technological platform which links partners and community members to resources available in Fort Bend County, Texas. At the end of the second program year, the AmeriCorps members will be responsible for improving access to medical and social services for 1,500 low-income and medically underserved individuals. The AmeriCorps investment will be matched with $116,864, $0 in public funding and $116,864 in private funding.
