AccessHealth will have 20 AmeriCorps members who will address and mitigate barriers to accessing primary and preventive health services by using a technological platform which links partners and community members to resources available in Fort Bend County, Texas. AmeriCorps members will be responsible for improving access to medical and social services for 1,500 low-income and medically underserved individuals.
