Donate now to support the families and communities affected by the Panhandle and South Plains wildfires in February 2024. The Panhandle Disaster Relief Fund is administered locally by Amarillo Area Foundation.

American YouthWorks AmeriCorps members serve primarily in Austin’s Eastern Crescent neighborhood providing disaster relief and conservation of public lands. AmeriCorps members will improve 70 acres of public land and 10 miles of trails/waterways. In addition, the AmeriCorps members will leverage 450 community volunteers who will support disaster recovery areas and environmental stewardship project events.
