Diana Burrow

Diana Burrow is the Executive Assistant & Office Manager at OneStar, where she facilitates general office and administrative duties. Diana brings more than 20 years of experience from the private sector performing accounting and clerical activities. She has an Associate of Science degree from Palo Alto College in San Antonio and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Diana lives in Austin and enjoys being surrounded by her family, friends, and pups.

Chantier Johnson

Chantier Johnson serves as a VISTA Leader with the OneStar AmeriCorps VISTA Project, supporting the OneStar AmeriCorps VISTA Project team and leading communications with VISTA members. She served two previous VISTA terms with OneStar in 2o25 and with United Way of Wenatchee (WA) in 2013. She has been a Data Program Coordinator with Catholic Community Services of Greater Seattle, highlighting Medicaid alternative care options for caregivers in King County region and creating informational fliers for community members to know the benefits of respite care. She served with American Red Cross after Hurricane Harvey in shelter settings and also was an AmeriCorps member with American YouthWorks’ YouthBuild program in South Austin. Chantier’ enjoys traveling with family and her three boys.

Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones is the Manager, AmeriCorps VISTA, overseeing OneStar’s AmeriCorps VISTA Intermediary Project, including host site development, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Jessica is a three-time AmeriCorps alum, serving as a team leader and Adult Education Specialist for the Texas Family Literacy program. At the Literacy Coalition of Central Texas, she served as the Service Program Manager for the VISTA program, where she established new partnerships with local nonprofits, implemented new projects, and guided VISTA members dedicated to strengthening communities across Texas. Jessica is an Illinois native and received her Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University. Outside of work, Jessica loves to read, going to concerts, spending time with family and friends, and exploring thrift shops.

Madison Teague

Madison Teague

Madison Teague serves as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader, supporting the OneStar AmeriCorps VISTA Project team and mentoring fellow VISTAs as they complete their service terms. Madison received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Film Studies from Texas State University. After graduation and a career in restaurant management, her passion for literacy led her to pursue professional experience in the nonprofit sector to help improve literacy rates in her Texas community. Prior to serving as VISTA Leader, Madison completed a term of service with Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation as their Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement VISTA where she recruited members and managed literacy focused volunteer groups. Madison has lived all over the United States and has called Texas home for the past decade. She currently resides in Houston where she enjoys reading, baking, and bird watching.

Kaylee Romero, Grants Officer - AmeriCorps Texas

Kaylee Romero is Senior Compliance Officer, having previously served as a Grants Officer with the AmeriCorps Texas team. Prior to joining OneStar, Kaylee spent five years at Communities In Schools of Central Texas, where she was the Senior Director of Impact and focused on contract management, staff training, improving systems, and building equity in access to data. Kaylee’s passion for national service began when she served two terms as an AmeriCorps member with Communities In Schools of Central Texas, where she mentored students in an Austin area middle school. Kaylee received a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. In her free time, Kaylee enjoys playing trivia with her husband and friends, reading mystery novels, and spending time with her dog, Rooney.

Chris Johnson, Program Officer - AmeriCorps Texas

Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson serves as a Senior Program Officer on the AmeriCorps Texas team and supports a portfolio of AmeriCorps grantees in program management and compliance. Before joining the OneStar team, Chris was in the Bay Area, California, where he served two AmeriCorps service terms with City Year and continued his career in education and service with Reading Partners as a Program Director. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Currently living in Austin, Chris enjoys staying active by hiking with his dogs, paddleboarding, volunteering, and exploring the amazing Austin food scene.

Millicent Boykin

Millicent Boykin

Millicent Boykin is part of the OneStar Executive Team, where she serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to provide leadership and oversight of OneStar’s statewide networks, and partnership initiatives, including Texas Nonprofit Strong. Millicent brings more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector to her work beginning as a Regional Program Officer for a national organization that supported Job Corps. Prior to joining OneStar, Millicent was with VolunteerNow for two decades in a variety of community engagement roles before ending her tenure as Chief Program Officer. A dedicated community volunteer, Millicent serves on the Best Buddies North Texas Advisory Board, Read Up Advisory Council, and the American Red Cross Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She was also part of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2012 and Leadership ISD Class of 2021. Millicent holds a degree in Psychology from Northwestern University and a Certification in Group Facilitation from APAC at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Kailee Selzer

Kailee Selzer

Kailee Selzer is a Senior Program Officer on the AmeriCorps Texas team after previous serving in the Program Specialist and Grants Officer roles. Prior to joining OneStar, Kailee worked in fundraising for Teach For America – Dallas-Fort Worth where she managed development data and helped positively impact thousands of students in the North Texas area. In 2015, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a minor in History. When not working, Kailee loves to spend time with her pets, cook great food, and read.

Taylor Wolter

Taylor Wolter serves as the Vice President of Disaster Philanthropy & Recovery, where he oversees statewide coordination efforts around disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. He previously helped to identify and develop new partnerships for OneStar as an Outreach Officer for more than four years. After graduating from North Central Texas College, Taylor worked in the corporate restaurant industry in management, sales, and business development before discovering his passion for non-profits. After serving two terms with The Texas Conservation Corps at American Youthworks as an AmeriCorps member, Taylor took over the program in 2015 where he continued to engage in numerous disasters and scale the Disaster Response Program into a key asset for disasters in Texas and around the country. Taylor came on board with OneStar in 2017, just days after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas and led the State of Texas in a forward direction as the Federal Taskforce Lead for Volunteer and Donations Management. Taylor is now in charge of outreach and training as well as the lead for National Service Programs in Disaster for the AmeriCorps Texas Team. In his downtime, Taylor and his wife Katie, enjoy working in their yard, volunteering and cooking anything that sounds yummy!

Angela Pinckard-Hale

Angela Pinckard-Hale

Angela Pinckard-Hale serves as a Managing Program Officer on the AmeriCorps Texas team. Angela brings more than twenty years’ experience with AmeriCorps, which began with her service as a full-time AmeriCorps member after college. Angela has worked on staff and as Program Director for various AmeriCorps State and National programs in Texas and Louisiana. Angela has also served on staff at the Arkansas Service Commission, where she helped direct programming for the AmeriCorps Arkansas State portfolio. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and is a strong advocate of adult learning/education and national service. When she is not working, Angela can likely be found reading, writing, or spending time with her husband and their blended family of one cat, Ziggy, and one dog, Cassie.
